I live in Chinnor with my wife and two boys, Alfie and Sid. I enjoy spending time with our family and friends and time on the fishing bank when possible. I’m a happy go lucky sort of guy always up for going out and having the crack with my mates and living life to the full. TLAP lap has been one of the best things I’ve ever done. read more.
Just a brief bit about me- I've had two fights on TLAP and lost both; the first one was against Andy ‘showman’ Colin's last November and then again in August, so I am going to win this year, please help me God! I was in the British army for 16 years and served all over the world. I'm a proud veteran and of my service over the years. read more.
Wow!! An amazing experience, adrenaline fuelled, hard work but a good tight team just like family by the end. Before the fight I had butterflies but when I walked out to the ring the atmosphere was incredible, and kept me going. It is one of the best experiences I have ever had and I met some great people.
It's great for your fitness and figureand the whole team, from the first training day to the final night, look after you. They are professionals, training is very strong on guarding yourself and I never felt worried for myself with the training I received.
The concept is brilliant and the fact that they raise lots of money for very worthy charities makes it even better. The coaches are excellent as they all put in so much time to help you. I couldn’t thank them all enough!

TLAP meant more to me than my trophy as it helped me lose even more weight and my confidence just rocketed. My mum said I came out of the ring a different person and thanks to this confidence boost I applied for my dream job in the full time regular army and will be off training in January. It really did change my life.
